Strengthen your core and get a great workout in our beginner Pilates class. This class is designed to help you build your strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of pilates exercises. We will guide you through each movement and help you achieve your fitness goals. This class is high energy and will make you sweat, so be sure to bring a towel and some water! Also bring a yoga mat for when we do floor exercises. We also offer 30 minute workout sessions during the week focusing on specific areas of the body like abs + arms, legs, full body, etc.
